• Owned product strategies for Microsoft’s .NET MAUI SDK and its development tools, used by over 10,000 monthly active developers
• Synthesized data from large-scale user surveys and 1:1 developer interviews to uncover opportunities for new features and UX improvements
• Led a UX overhaul for .NET MAUI onboarding in Visual Studio, reducing both cognitive load and the time to successful initial application deployments
• Defined workflow improvements via Figma wireframes and prototypes in collaboration with engineers and designers
• Authored sample applications written in C# to showcase new APIs, aimed at boosting open-source community engagement
• Implemented features and bug fixes targeting the Android, iOS, and Windows platforms, remaining a top code contributor to date
